Hold power button for 2-3 seconds

Scroll down with your finger to settings

Adjust Volume
Swipe from right to left across the
screen to adjust the volume level.
Recommended level: 1-3
Using The WAVwatch
Select your Frequency Set
Scroll through the Categories and then select your desired Frequency Set. Start with FirstWAV, which contains a comprehensive set of self-care ideas.

Choose from the two options to play the complete list or repeat the selected Frequency Set.

Tap on heart icon and choose Playlist 1-6. You can add to multiple Playlists for ease of use!

Charging The WAVwatch
Attach charger to USB port for 2-3 hours until fully charged. Use included adapter for USB-C port if needed. We recommend a smart charger. The original WAVwatch 1.0 charging block may take much longer to charge.
If you are having difficulties charging your watch, you may need to clean the contacts on the back of the watch with a small amount of alcohol and a clean cloth.

What is a Frequency Set?
Experience the power of sound frequencies in an intuitive, easy-to-use format called Frequency Sets! There are 1,100+ frequencies in these 146 specialized Frequency Sets. Each set contains the most effective frequency combinations to make self-care with the WAVwatch even better.
How many frequency sets should I use?
The WAVwatch is designed to use 6-8 Frequency Sets per charge, which is what we recommend. Playing more than this per day will give too many conflicting signals to your body.
Why don't the frequency set names on WAVwatch 2.0 refer to the specific medical conditions like WAVwatch 1.0?
Due to FDA General Wellness regulations, WAVwatch 2.0 Frequency Set names are designed to avoid referencing specific medical conditions, focusing instead on broader wellness goals to comply with these guidelines.
All of the same great frequencies in WAVwatch 1.0 are still in WAVwatch 2.0 in the Frequency Sets!
Does WAVwatch 2.0 have the same frequencies as WAVwatch 1.0?
