WAVwatch Warranty - Accidental Damage

This optional Protection Plan is inclusive of the manufacturer’s one-year (1) warranty that exists during the coverage term that is established from the purchase date. It does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. Replacement parts, if necessary, will be new manufacturers’ parts that perform to the factory specifications of the product.

Repairs are limited to the cost of the original product or a one-time complete product replacement during the 1-year warranty, valid from purchase date of the watch.

Protection Plan must be purchased within 14 business days of original WAVwatch purchase. This is a digital item and no item will be physically mailed to you. 

Replacement units issued from a utilized Accidental Warranty are not eligible for re-warranty under an Accidental Warranty Protection Plan.

Accident protection covers:

• Screen cracks or damage as a result of accidents and drops.
• Damage as a result of liquid spills or submersion.
• Battery and power source failure, including wiring to the battery and battery shorts.
• Power failure, power shorts, and internal cord replacement.
• Wrist band failure or problems.

It DOES NOT cover:

• Protection against theft, loss, reckless, or product abuse.
• Damage during shipping and handling.
• Shipping costs to return the product for service.

WHAT TO DO IF A COVERED PRODUCT REQUIRES SERVICE OR REPLACEMENT:

Go to our support page to troubleshoot the concern you are experiencing, or to contact support if needed. If we cannot resolve the issue, you will be directed to an authorized service center or your WAVwatch will be replaced one time only.
